BLMS swept the provincial title for a 9th consecutive year at home on Saturday! Some highlights included Brianna Forbes capturing the gold in the junior girls long and triple jumps. Courtney Hibbert also captured the NBIAA record for junior girls triple jump. Congratulations to Ms. Hudson and her team for their dedication and hard work, it paid off with another banner to proudly display in our gymnasium.

Tuesday June 17th - Prom 9 pm - 12 pm (Open to public for pics from 5pm-8pm )
Rexton Area Schools will be closed Friday June 6th, This is as a result of the tragic incident in Moncton and after consultation with the RCMP. It is in the best interest of safety for all. This is a precautionary measure. Further information on the exam schedule, track meet and course review will be posted here on the school web site by Friday morning. Stay Safe!
SCHOOLS CLOSED - Due to the situation that has sadly unfolded in the Moncton area last evening, all schools in the ASD-N Rexton Area have been closed. Please stay observant and safe while the RCMP continues to focus on apprehending the individual responsible. Listen to your local radio or television station for further information and direction. Our hearts go out to the RCMP families affected by this tragedy. Students can continue to review for Exams that will begin on Monday. Stay Safe!
Congratulations to Evelyn who received her Turnaround Award last evening in Miramichi. Evelyn along with 25 other students from ASD-N were honored with a dinner, trophy and a standing ovation. Evelyn was accompanied to the stage by Mrs. Gallivan-Garcia who nominated her for the award and Vice Principal Ms. Carol Davis.
BLMS Annual Awards Evening is taking place on Friday, June 13th in the school gymnasium. A list of invitees has been posted on the office window, please check to see if your name is on it. If you are invited, please plan to attend along with two guests of your choice. Event starts at 6pm with a greet and meet and refreshments in the cafeteria followed by the ceremony at 6:30pm.
