Read all of 1982 in TMKD.  Have questions completed for Thursday. Coming up...an MLA essay!

You had a short story which was due October 31st.  You had the choice to write on any topic, or to use Halloween as the theme.  *Paragraphing and  sentence structure were what you were being marked on.  No fragments, or run-ons!

Period 5 Class- Your short stories were due today!  The setting was medieval times, and you needed to refer to at least 2 other persons, places, things, or events during that time period. Length: 1-2 pages.   All grade 11 English students are to be working on a power point presentation (on a Middle English poet) which is to be presented to the class.  Students are working in groups of 4 and have Tues., Wednes., and Thurs. of this week to work on it during class time.  Presentations are scheduled for November 10, 12 & 13th. 

Due Tuesday, October 27th Read all of the 1970 chapters in TMKD  (pgs. 125-169).  Complete the questions.  We will be discussing these in class on Tuesday.  You are also responsible for coming up with 6 H.O.T.S. questions (3 for each of the last two chapters of 1970.) *You must also label the type of question you are asking, ex.  synthesis, evaluation, or analysis.
