The selection process starts as of November
1
of each year. Complete applications will be considered
as they are received as long as the candidate meets or is in the process of
meeting the admission requirements. They process applications on a
first-qualified, first-accepted basis. For administrative purposes, complete
applications received on or before November 1 will be dated as of
November 1. So the earlier you get
your applications in, the better it is to improve your chances of admission.
