Application deadlines and admission requirements have changed for fall 2019 and fall 2020 entry. For students applying to study for fall 2019, the application deadline is January 31st, 2019 and students who wish to be considered for an entrance scholarship must apply by December 3rd, 2018.

High school seniors, Burger King employees, their dependent children, spouses or domestic partners can apply and receive up to $50,000 in scholarship awards for the 2019-2020 school year.

High school seniors must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale to be eligible and be active in their community through volunteering, sports, clubs and/or religious organizations.

Due date: Apply from October 15th-December 15th, 2018.

Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 is Take Our Kids to Work Day for all grade 9 students. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to invite their children to join them at work, but if not possible, they can ask a relative, neighbour, or family friend to take your child to work. Please contact Mrs. Carter if you are unable to find a suitable placement.

Each scholarship includes four years of tuition at any approved university or college in Canada, up to a maximum of $10,000 per year; $7,500 per year towards living expenses; and offers of summer employment.

Students must have a minimum average of 75%, the focus of these scholarships is not primarily on marks but community leadership.

Major Entrance Scholarships: The application deadline for major Entrance Scholarships is January 15, 2019. 

Donald R. Sobey Family Scholarships: These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic excellence, proven leadership skills, and involvement in the school and/or community activities. The total award is $50,000, with recipients receiving $17,000 in first year and $11,000 each subsequent years.
