The Lady Bengals have concluded their season as Eastern Conference Champions with a conference record of 10 wins and.2 losses and an overall record of 15 wins and 8 losses.  The girls qualified and competed in the Provincial Regional and Provincial Sectionals tournaments.   The Lady Bengals captured first place in the Friends of the Bengals Tournament and were the third place team at the Bathurst Tournament.  Team Captains Shelby Warman, Samantha Thompson, and Maisie McNaughton did a great job this year and along with fellow grade 12 players Taylor Hannay, Felicia Dedam, Jessica McDermott, and Kristen Daigle should be congratulated for their hard work and dedication during their basketball careers.   I would like to thank the entire team for what has been a thoroughly enjoyable season.   I would also like to thank team assistant Darrick Hebert, Community Schools Coordinator Cheryl Warman, and Friends of the Bengals President James Mundle for their invaluable help with this year's team along with the parents, students, and staff that supported us throughout the season.   Mike McNaughton Bonar Law Girls Basketball Coach
