Parents & Guardians of Grads! You are welcome to attend a presentation in the theatre on Thursday, April 28th at 9:30 AM. Caroline Boulay from the Student Loans office in Fredericton will be visiting. She will be giving an overview and then will be available for questions. Please feel free to join the graduating class of 2011.

This week BLMS will be celebrating regional heritage and culture in our 4th annual Heritage Fair. This fair will include 45 student projects, many community booths as well as performances in the theatre of traditional music and dance. There will be three different performance times at 8:45. 9:45 and 11, Thursday, April 14th. The public is warmly welcomed to come and share this Fair with us.
The
Miramichi Kinsmen and School District 16 are pleased to accept film
entries for the first annual Kin Film Festival. All School District 16
students are invited to participate. Films can be submitted in one of
two categories: Open and The Kinsmen Category. The top 10 films in each
category will be screened on May 7th, 2011 at Miramichi Empire Studio
5. Cash prizes of $500, $250 and $100 will be awarded for the winners
in each category.

It's time to be fit for your cap and gown. The deposit is $20. This will be returned to you when you return your cap and gown and collar on graduation day. See Janice in the library in the morning.

Oulton's in located at 55 Lutz Street, Moncton and offers an array of courses. If you are planning on attending or have already been accepted to one of the various programs offered, this is a great opportunity to view the facility and meet the faculty.
Report cards that were not picked up at Parent Teacher Interviews last week were given to students yesterday. We ask that parents sign the report and return it to the school.
Reminder to students and staff that peanuts in any form and not permitted at school. This is a serious medical issue for some students and we ask that everyone honor the ban.
