Military BandOn Wednesday March 30th the Stadacona Military Band, from Halifax,  will be performing at Bonar Law Memorial School.  This is a unique opportunity for our students to hear this world class band in their only New Brunswick performance.

The Village of Rexton Council wants to warn everyone that the ice around the Rexton bridge has become very unstable.  They are asking all students to stay away from under the bridge and around the piers.

BLMS has an abundance of year books dating back to the early 90's and they are for sale. If anyone is interested in purchasing a yearbook they are $5 and can be picked up in the library from Ms. Leblanc between 8:30-12:30 each day.

Students will be receiving a mini-report card on Thursday, March 3rd from each of their classroom teachers.  This will give parents a snapshot of student progress before the March break.  Please ask your child for their report.

A short assembly took place today at Bonar Law Memorial to acknowledge some very special accomplishments by our students and staff. This assembly was organized to showcase our Student of the Month, Perfect Attendance for Semester 1, Highest Average for male/female at each grade level as well as our CUTE Award winners our Food Bank winnners and Outstanding Attendance.It was also acknowledged that our own Katherine Halas-Moulton had received the Marjorie Sinclair Technology Award for her commitment to 21st Century Learning. Congratulations to everyone!
