Each year we have an opportunity to select two students to send to the Encounters with Canada Program.  Students aged 14 - 17 go to Ottawa for a week with other teens from across Canada to learn about Canadian institutions, meet famous and accomplished Canadians, explore exciting career options, develop their civic leadership skills and live an extraordinary bilingual experience.  There is a registration fee of $675. which covers lodging, meals and most planned activities.  Many students fund raise within and outside the school to meet the registration fee.  If you are interested,  apply by way of a cover letter and a resume to Mrs. Pitre .... by June 7, 2013.
