Procedure:Take 4 pieces of bread and rip them in half.Put one piece in sunlight, one in the dark - lightPut one piece in the heat, one in cold (fridge) - heatPut one in a sealed bag, one out in the air - airWet one, keep one dry - dampness Observe daily for one week.  Is mould growing?  How fast is it growing?
