Attached is the theory #4 class from Monday, April 23. Students will write down one meal (supper or lunch) that they eat this week. They will then compare that meal with the Canada's Food Guide chart in class and write down 3 things that they need to change to make it more like the chart. The assignment is due Fri, Apr. 27.
The chart has the following info:
fruits & veggies 50%
bread & cereal 25%
milk & alternates 12.5%
meat and alternates 12.5%
