For sons, daughters or legal wards of members of CUPE local 2745 who are in good standing.  Please find application attached.  Note application is due May 1, 2016.  It is imperative that all the information be completed on the form and all required signatures before forwarding it to the local.
Please be advised that you must use the 2016 Scholarship Form as any other form will be discarded.
