Opportunities for Summer Learning (upgrade, earn credits...)

Posted: June 1, 2021

The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (EECD) is offering a free summer  for students entering grade 10, 11 or 12 in the upcoming school year, or those who will graduate in June 2021. To be eligible, you need to be registered in a New Brunswick High School, in June of this year, in one of the four Anglophone districts. Please note students entering Grade 10 are only eligible to take Number, Relations, and Functions 10. This program will allow you to earn a mark that will be added to your regular school transcript. These are full courses and will take a sizable amount of time to complete (3-4 hours each day for 22 days). If you want to improve a mark or get ahead in a course, and you have the time to commit, this program might be for you.

Registration opens June 1st; last day to register June 25th; courses begin June 30th; and the last day of courses July 29th.
