Mindfulness and Relaxation

As part of our school's wellness initiatives we were very pleased to have Nicole Hebert Lebanc from Soul Phychology present to our grade 12 students. NicoleĀ is a Psychologist from our area and had some wonderful relaxation techniques, she discussed mindfulness and stress managment with our graduates and really got them thinking about what they can do to lessen their anxieties. Our students enjoyed the presentation and took home some great tips and ideas to help them de-stress and relax a bit! With graduation just around the corner this was a great time to introduce our grads to Nicole!
