Every summer, the Student Employment and Experience Development Program (SEED) - Student Entrepreneurship Component allows youths who want to start their own business to do so and create their own summer job. This program, funded by the Department of Training & Employment Development, allows students to borrow up to $3,000 in order to launch their own business. Some past businesses included, lawn mowing, music lessons, horseback riding lessons, ice-cream stands, campfire wood and ice! SO if you have a talent or a business idea you may want to learn more about this program. A representative from Enterprise Kent will be at Bonar Law Friday, April 23rd.
